PHATA (The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency)
has announced the details covering payment plan, plot prices, and further
conditions for buyers who are interested to buy a plot in NPHP (Naya Pakistan
Housing Program Lahore) further details are mentioned in the respective form.
The dates for registration for were extended to the 15th of November and now the registrations are
closed for new applicants at this moment.
Payment Plan:
You can visit the website of PHATA for an application
form that contains all the details of the payment plan or 3-marla residential plots
only. According to the form per marla, the rate is 150,000 PKR.

Terms and conditions are as follows:

The applicant must be a resident of Punjab
province.
·
The applicant must not own a residential
plot or house.
·
The procedure fee of 250PKR is not
refundable.
·
Those who were unsuccessful in the
balloting can collect their concerned money of 10,000 PKR by showing the slip
in the respective bank of Punjab branch within 15 days of balloting conclusion.
·
The one with success in balloting have to
pay the down payment of 90,000 PKR within 20 days of receiving the offer letter
and in case of nonpayment, the token will be canceled with plot allotment and
the next candidate will be considered in the queue.
·
One with an allotted plot will have to start
the construction in six months after possession according to the map and
building structure approved by the PHATA and no extension will be awarded in
this regard.
·
The remaining payment must have to pay in
36 months installment plan.
